Booking management: Schedule an appointment for the discovery session ("Discovery Call") requested by the user.

Service communications: Send confirmations, video call links (Google Meet/Zoom), and appointment reminders.

Calendly LLC: Used for calendar and booking management. The data entered in the booking form is processed by Calendly (servers located in the USA, compliant with the Data Privacy Framework).

Google Ireland Ltd: Provider of website hosting (Google Sites) and embedded videos (YouTube).

Google Ads: Used to monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (aggregated and anonymized statistics).

6. Place and Method of Processing. The data is processed using IT and electronic tools that guarantee security and confidentiality. The data is retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the contact request and any subsequent business relationship.

7. Rights of the Data Subject. The user may exercise their rights at any time (Articles 15-22 GDPR), including:

Request confirmation of the existence of their data.

Request access to, rectification of, or erasure of their data ("Right to be forgotten").
